- We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, etc.) and all online payments are processed through Shopify Payments- a secure online system. This is a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details and/or account information are securely held.

Order Preparation and Delivering
At Moba Beauty LLC., we are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2-3 labour days and shipped within 4-5 business days through USPS.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as postal delays due to climate conditions, high seasons, and others.
The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number.
Free Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only through USPS.
Missing Item?
Check your order to make sure that it is not being sent in multiple packages (this would show as having multiple tracking numbers). If not, please contact our Service Team by email: moba@mobabeauty.com
Missing or Stolen Package?
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once in hands of the carrier (USPS). Please review the tracking number from the carrier, along with all areas the package may have been delivered to. If it has been one business day since the date of delivery and you still cannot locate your package, please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
We are not responsible for missing packages due to wrong address provided by the customer. If you provide a wrong shipping address, you should contact us immediately by email moba@mobabeauty.com up to 12 hours after paying your order. Customer is responsible of paying shipping charges again if the package returns to us due to a wrong address provided by customer.
SECTION 9- RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process a store credit within 3-5 labour days.
Store credit will be valid for up to 30 days.
