Refund policy

In MoBa Beauty every order is packed with care and a lot of good energy, intentional self-care and addictive sweetness to ensure you receive your package in the best condition. MoBa is only responsible for the order until the package is handed over to the postal service and marked as shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

Returns | Exchanges | Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully review your order before making any purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package has been handed over to the postal service, MoBa Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Lost packages (even if they're marked as delivered by the tracking system of the postal service)
  • Delays caused by the postal service due to high seasons, climatic conditions, atmospheric events or others)
  • Packages damaged or mishandled during transit

If your package is lost or stolen, you can start your claim directly with the postal service here.

Exceptions

We do everything we can to ensure your order is properly packaged and arrives in excellent condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order by email: moba@mobabeauty.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process a store credit within 3-5 labour days. 

Store credit will be valid for up to 30 days. 

•Please note that shipping charge is not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to receive a replacement.
